What kinds of fresh flowers do you supply for Russia and Kazakhstan markets?
We supply hydrangea, gladiolus, chrysanthemum, fresh roses, various foliage and preserved flowers. All varieties are specially screened to adapt long-distance cold chain transportation to Central Asia.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each flower variety?
The MOQ varies by flower variety. The minimum order quantity for most types of fresh cut flowers is 100 bunches per variety.
How long can the fresh flowers stay fresh after arriving at my warehouse?
With our professional fresh-keeping packaging, flowers can maintain good condition for 7–12 days under proper storage temperature after arrival.
Do you provide sample flowers before bulk orders?
We support small sample batches for customers to check quality. Sample freight and product cost need to be covered by buyers.

What is your order confirmation process?
You send your demand list → We offer official quotation → Confirm price, quantity and delivery term → Arrange production and picking.
Can I adjust or modify my order after confirmation?
Minor adjustments on quantity and varieties are allowed within 3 working days before picking. Large changes will affect delivery schedule and need re-negotiation.
What payment terms do you accept for wholesale clients from Russia & Kazakhstan?
We support T/T wire transfer. Detailed payment information will be provided along with official proforma invoice.
Do you offer official commercial invoices and export documents?
Yes, we provide full set export files including commercial invoice, packing list and phytosanitary certificate for customs clearance in Russia and Kazakhstan.

How many days does the whole cold chain transportation take?
The transit time ranges from 3 to 4 days, depending on your destination city and customs clearance progress.
Who will be responsible for customs clearance in Russia and Kazakhstan?
We supply all required export certificates. Buyers handle local import customs clearance; we can provide professional guidance on clearance procedures.
How do you protect flowers from damage during long transport?
We ship flowers via refrigerated trucks, packed in constant-temperature fresh-keeping cold-chain cartons with built-in preservatives, which can significantly cut flower damage during transit.
What should I do if partial flowers get damaged after receiving goods?
Please take clear photos/videos within 24 hours of receiving. We will analyze the cause and provide corresponding compensation solutions according to cooperation terms.
